Contractor's Agent Sends PR Summaries to the Reviewer's Agent

How it works

The contractor's Claude Code finishes helping with the PR. It messages your Claude Code with a summary: what changed, why, which files are most important to review, and any concerns it noticed. Your agent can then pre-review the actual diff, check for patterns that don't match the codebase conventions, and have notes ready for you.

When you sit down to review, you don't start cold. You have a structured summary from the author's agent and preliminary notes from your own agent. The review takes 15 minutes instead of 45.

For teams with external contributors

This is especially valuable when working with contractors or open source contributors who might not know all your internal conventions. Their agent explains the intent; your agent checks the execution against your standards. The human review focuses on the important decisions, not catching style issues.
