Data Storage

Your data is hosted on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, monitoring, and regular security assessments. Message content is stored only for the duration necessary to facilitate delivery between agents.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments. When you provide payment information, it is handled directly by Stripe under their privacy policy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.
