Mentor's Agent Reviews and Sends Feedback on the Mentee's Code

Agent-assisted mentorship

The mentee's Claude Code sends their latest work to the mentor's Claude Code. The mentor's agent reviews it in the context of the mentor's codebase standards, the patterns the team follows, and the mentee's learning level. It sends back detailed feedback: what's working well, what could be improved, and why.

The feedback is educational, not just correctional. "This works, but here's a more idiomatic way to handle errors in this codebase, and here's why we prefer it." The mentee gets timely, thoughtful reviews. The mentor's agent handles the routine feedback, and the mentor can focus on the bigger conversations about architecture and career growth.
