CTO's Agent Asks Every Dev's Agent What's Blocking Them

In standups, people tend to downplay blockers. "I'm mostly fine, just waiting on that API." But their code tells a different story: three stalled branches, two failing CI runs, and a dependency that hasn't been updated in a month.

Getting honest answers

The CTO's agent asks each developer's Claude Code: "What's currently blocking progress?" The agents look at the actual state: pending PR reviews that are days old, CI failures that haven't been addressed, dependencies on other teams' work that hasn't landed, and environment issues that keep popping up.

The result is a blockers report based on observable facts, not on how comfortable someone feels raising an issue in a meeting. The CTO can then take action on the real bottlenecks: approving stalled PRs, escalating cross-team dependencies, or fixing broken CI.
